Silence_Power_to_know_yourself

Today I am on MAUN VRAT.And completely disconnected with the outer world.I m nt reading newspaper today,nt listening to any music which i daily do and without it i feel incomplete.I am nt watching TV too.Didnt check my mails,didnt receive any calls,didnt read messages.Just for the entire day I have been browsing the spiritual sites,and doing meditation.I feel like the whole world has stopped at one place.There is no more confusion in my life,there is no more stress on mind,there is no more burden on my heart,i am feeling free.Everything is going on so smoothly,so fluently.

Because i am silent today I discovered a new thing!Our body controls our mind and heart so badly that it doesnt allow them to go their way!But today,i m happy to find that my body is being controlled by my mind and heart.They are free flowing without any restrictions.My body is in stand still state and my heart is speaking out.


My body is cleansing from inside,my mind is attaining a state of peace for which i was longing...I dont have any complaints,any regrets,just want to be in the remembrance of GOD,just want to be content with whatever I have with me.I dont expect anything from anyone as i am no one to control others' lives.we are free to do whatever we want.


Whenever I see something going wrong i feel that,its ought to happen u cant stop,
Whenever I see someone doing wrong i feel that,Its not their fault,its just lack of awareness,
Whenever I look at someone I just pass a sweet smile to them and take their blessings...

I understood that I should talk less listen more,react less act more.That is the way we should live our life but we dont do that.we talk so many unnecessary things which are really not needed and we just go on and on and on.There are so many things,situations where we get hyper,angry or just get irritate but instead of that we can act wisely and avoid such reactions.


I had a lot of interaction with myself.I came to know so many things about me.I have rediscovered myself,A new ME is borned and am celebrating this rebirth.And ultimately came to know the POWER OF SILENCE!!!
